about

This album was re-mastered from the original stereo tapes used for the cassette releases by Anvil Creations in the mid-to-late eighties by the artist himself. Considered to be the fifth in the Electronic Music Series from Anvil Creations Studio, it features a percussion work as the title track. One song, "Suspended Animation", was previously included in the compilation: ACS A Musical History, Volume Two. Others used the ARP Odyssey synthesizer, and also the Minimoog, one (Combinations and Permutations) with drums. No noise reduction was used in the making of the recordings, as many of the EM works utilize an early Echo-plex tape machine, which is inherently noisy in itself. The only special effects added come from the Apple library used on the Mac computer at ACS.
