This time around, Safe Creations has completed an album that was previously a live event. "Hybrid Textures" is a complete modular synth excursion, including a synthesizer solo in one of the tracks.

Ken has taken the basic recording from "teXtures" and made it into an aggressive exploration of hybrid sounds: colored tam-tams and synth combined with studio recordings that Dave made available via emails.

Hybrid Textures displays some of Dave's most deconstructive synthesis, and adds some "chime" to the 30 minute title track. While "teXtures" was basically a live recording, "Hybrid Textures" is a fresh new presentation.
